Return Policy 

Due to hygienic and sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is lost, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach out to us at contact@bamboohugs.com. 

Shipping Policy 

Standard shipping times vary based on your location. Once the order is received, we will ship it out within 2 business days after purchase. From there, it takes 3–8 business days to be delivered. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take 10–20 business days. At this point in time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Standard shipping is $4.95 to the lower 48 states. There is an additional $10 charge for all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. The extra fee helps us offset the increased shipping cost to those locations.
